Mango Deck has added yet another reason—make that dozens more reasons—to visit the beach club, restaurant, and bar on the Medano Beach shoreline. In addition to epic views of the Cabo San Lucas Bay and iconic arch at Land’s end, an all-day happy hour and festive vibe, and a morning-to-night menu full of all-star dishes, Mango Deck now offers and impressive café-style lineup of espresso, frappe, smoothie, tea, and juice bar drinks.
Need to refuel on energy after a night of fun on the town? The espresso menu includes affogatos, Americanos, cappuccinos, caramel macchiatos, lattes, mochas, and straight espressos. On a hot summer day, you may prefer something cool: How about an almond, hazelnut, cookies-‘n’-cream, caramel, white chocolate, caramel, Irish cream, or other frappe. Of course, that’s not all you will find on the new menu. There are also smoothies that pack a punch. You’ll recognize words like “papaya” or “piña,” but you’ll be delighted when you discover the extra ingredients in this blended creations. We’re partial to the Cacao cocoa-style smoothie with banana, green apple, almond, spinach, and honey. The Piña pineapple smoothie is another delicious find: It’s made with pineapple, banana, cactus, almond, flaxseed, and honey. Morning or night, you’ll dig the tea options that include everything from vanilla (here called Elephant or Flamingo) to green tea to Earl Grey.
Into juicing? Who isn’t these days? You can stay on the health kick at the Mango Deck juice bar, which has delightful concoctions featuring Spanish-language names like Vampiro (beet, carrot, celery, and orange), Conejo (pear, ginger, lime, spinach, jicama, and celery), and Pimenton (green apple, green bell pepper, broccoli, lime, parsley, and chia).
